The placing of an order constitutes an agreement by you the customer to purchase in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Sale of Alcohol & Age Verification

The Company operates with an age verification policy known as CHALLENGE 25.  A date of birth will be required for internet purchases at the payment gateway.  If you are under 18 your order will not be fulfilled.  If you are lucky enough to appear under the age of 25 during collection or delivery you will be required to prove your age.

Only the following documents are acceptable for proof-of-age purposes:

  • Passport
  • European Union Photocard Driving License
  • Ministry of Defence Form 90 (Defence Identity Card)
  • Proof of Age Standards Scheme Proof of Age Standards Scheme Photo ID Card with PASS hologram

If proof-of-age cannot be verified upon request, the sale of alcohol cannot be authorised or completed.
