We bring you our delightful single blend coffee liqueur.

Yellow Bourbon is a type of coffee bean that is grown in the high-altitude regions of Brazil, particularly in the Cerrado region. The name “Yellow Bourbon” refers to the color of the coffee cherries when they are ripe, which are yellow instead of the traditional red.

The Ipanema Yellow Bourbon coffee beans are known for their unique flavor profile, which is characterized by notes of chocolate, caramel, and nuts. They have a medium body and a low acidity, which makes them a popular choice for espresso-based drinks like cappuccinos and lattes.

The beans are grown on small family farms and are typically harvested by hand. They are then carefully processed and roasted to bring out their unique flavor profile. Because the beans are grown in such a specific region and under certain conditions, they are considered a specialty coffee and can be quite expensive.

Crafted by Watertons Reserve in very, very small batches in a traditional alembic copper pot still at the heart of Yorkshire’s Old West Riding.

Recent Beams Cold Brew Liqueur produced purely with single origin, Brazilian Ipanema Yellow Bourbon Coffee Beans and is crafted in very small batches by Watertons Reserve using Pennine spring water.

This collection of the finest ingredients, our time-honoured traditional production style and passion for authentic flavours produces a liqueur that is smooth, rich, moreish and indulgent!
